32-2503. Organization; meetings; compensation A. The board shall annually elect a chairperson and vice-chairperson from among its members. B. The board shall hold a regular meeting at least quarterly on a date and at a time and place it designates. In addition, the chairperson may call special meetings the board deems necessary. The board shall hold special meetings on Saturdays as the chairperson may determine necessary to carry out the functions of the board. C. Members of the board are eligible to receive compensation in the amount of two hundred dollars for each day of actual service in the business of the board and for all expenses necessarily and properly incurred in attending board meetings.
