32-2817. Use of title; display of certificate or permit A. A person holding a certificate may use the title "radiologic technologist," "practical technologist in podiatry" or "practical technologist in radiology" as applicable. No other person shall be entitled to use such titles or title or letters after such person's name that indicates or implies that such person is a certified technologist or to represent himself in any way, whether orally or in writing, expressly or by implication, as being so certified. B. Every technologist or special permit holder shall display a certificate or permit at the technologist's or permit holder's place of employment.
