32-3276. Notice of address and telephone number changes; penalties A. A licensee must provide the board with the licensee's current residence address and telephone number, office address and telephone number and promptly and in writing inform the board of each change in residence address and telephone number and office address and telephone number. B. The board may assess the costs incurred by the board in locating a licensee and impose a penalty of not to exceed one hundred dollars against a licensee who does not notify the board pursuant to subsection A within thirty days after the change of address or telephone number.
