32-3427. Fees A. The board by rule, shall establish and collect fees not to exceed: 1. One hundred dollars for application for a license. 2. Three hundred dollars for an initial license. 3. Three hundred dollars for renewal of a license. 4. Three hundred dollars for an application for reinstatement. 5. Seventy-five dollars for a limited license. 6. Fifty dollars for a duplicate license. B. The board, by rule, shall establish and collect fees for renewal of an inactive status license.
