32-3606. Executive director; duties The executive director shall: 1. Receive applications for state licenses and certificates. 2. Establish the administrative procedures for processing applications for state licenses and certificates. 3. Maintain a registry of the names and addresses of people licensed or certified under this chapter. 4. Retain records and all application materials submitted to the board. 5. Assist the board in such other matters as the board may require.
