32-3618. Nonresident licensure or certification by reciprocity If, in the determination of the board, another state is deemed to have substantially equivalent licensing or certification requirements and the board has entered into a reciprocity agreement with that state, an applicant who is licensed or certified under the laws of the other state may obtain a license or certificate as a state licensed or state certified appraiser in this state on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the board.
