32-3623. Use of term A. The term "state licensed appraiser" or "state certified appraiser" may only be used to refer to individuals who hold the license or certificate and may not be used after or immediately in connection with the name or signature of a firm, partnership, corporation or group or in such a manner that it might be interpreted as referring to a firm, partnership, corporation or group or anyone other than the individual holder of the license or certificate. B. A license or certificate shall not be issued under this chapter to a corporation, partnership, firm or group. This subsection shall not be construed to prevent a state licensed or state certified appraiser from signing an appraisal report on behalf of a corporation, partnership, firm or group.
