36-118. Director's seal; authentication of records A. The director shall adopt a seal of office to be used to authenticate records and copies of records required to be made or kept by the department. B. Records or copies of records authenticated with the director's seal shall be received in evidence in any proceeding without further proof of their authenticity. |
