36-2051. Definitions In this article, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. "Deputy director" means the deputy director of the division of behavioral health in the department of health services. 2. "Division" means the division of behavioral health in the department of health services. 3. "Federal act" means the drug abuse office and treatment act of 1972 and regulations adopted thereunder.
