36-2902. Arizona health care cost containment system administration; director; compensation A. There is established the Arizona health care cost containment system administration. B. The administration shall be administered by a director appointed by the governor and confirmed by the senate. C. The director of the administration is eligible to receive compensation pursuant to section 38-611.
