36-313. Deputy local registrars; compensation A. A deputy local registrar shall receive from the county general fund in that registration district one dollar for each birth certificate, death certificate or fetal death certificate registered by the deputy local registrar and submitted to the state registrar pursuant to this chapter and rules adopted pursuant to this chapter. B. At least quarterly the state registrar shall provide written notification to the clerk of the board of supervisors in each registration district that specifies the number of birth certificates, death certificates and fetal death certificates registered by the deputy local registrar prescribed in subsection A and the amount of compensation the deputy local registrar is entitled to for the period pursuant to this section.
