36-330.01. Delayed registration of certificate of birth resulting in stillbirth If a birth resulting in stillbirth occurring in this state has not been registered within one year after the date of delivery, a certificate of birth resulting in stillbirth marked "delayed" may be submitted and registered pursuant to this chapter and rules adopted pursuant to this chapter and other requirements sufficient to substantiate the alleged facts of a birth resulting in stillbirth.
