36-3409. Fee requirements; fee schedules A. Clients eligible for non title XIX services from the department shall be required to pay fees for services. B. The department shall establish a schedule for fees charged for services provided by public or private agencies receiving state funds pursuant to this article which shall include, but not be limited to, a sliding fee schedule based upon the ability of the client to pay for part or the total cost for services.
