37-412. Limitation on claims; marking boundaries of claim; notice; recording of notice A. A person shall not hold more than one claim of the classes referred to in section 37-411 at the same time. B. The claimant shall distinctly mark the boundaries of his claim so that it can be readily traced, and shall accurately describe it in a written notice under oath. The notice shall refer to the laws of the United States under which claimant intends to acquire title to the claim, and shall disclose the time when the location was made, and that it does not contain more than the maximum number of acres allowed by such laws. C. The notice shall be recorded in the office of the county recorder wherein the lands are situated.
