41-1830.03. Prosecuting attorneys' advisory council training fund A. There shall be a special fund designated as the Arizona prosecuting attorneys' advisory council training fund. All monies deposited in the fund are continuously appropriated to the attorney general, and shall be used exclusively for costs of training, technical assistance for prosecuting attorneys of the state and any of its political subdivisions, and expenses for the operation of the council. B. All amounts to be paid from the fund shall be on warrants drawn by the department of administration upon presentation of a proper claim or voucher approved by the council and signed by the attorney general or his designee. C. The administration of the provisions of this article shall be funded exclusively from the Arizona prosecuting attorneys' advisory council training fund. No monies from the state general fund shall be deposited in the Arizona prosecuting attorneys' advisory council training fund.
