41-2571. Definitions As used in this article: 1. "Architect services", "engineer services", "land surveying services", "assayer services", "geologist services" and "landscape architect services" means those professional services within the scope of the practice of those services as provided in title 32, chapter 1, article 1. 2. "Cost" means the aggregate cost of all materials and services, including labor performed by force account.
