41-517 - Arizona Statutes

41-517. Limitation Notwithstanding any act of Congress or any federal rule or regulation to the contrary, nothing contained in this article and no official action taken pursuant to this article by any federal, state or local official nor any federal, state, county or municipal agency shall be deemed the establishment of a public park, recreation area, wildlife or waterfowl refuge or any historic site of national, state or local significance.
