41-766. Agreements for services and facilities The department of administration may enter into agreements with any municipality or other political subdivision or any agency thereof to furnish personnel administration services and facilities of the department. Unless funds have been appropriated by the legislature for such purpose, any such agreement shall provide for reimbursement to the state of the actual cost of the services and facilities furnished, as determined by the department.
