41-892. Administration A. The director shall provide administrative, technical and legal support to the commission to the extent funding is available as prescribed by subsection B of this section and from legislative appropriations. This support may include the hiring of a contract administrator, an attorney, office support staff and technical support staff, who shall be employees of the department. B. The department may spend interest on monies in the fund for the direct administration of this article. This amount shall not be more than five per cent of the total monies deposited in the fund during the previous fiscal year.
