44-1324. Civil penalties; environmental nuisance A person who knowingly violates a provision of this article is subject to a civil penalty of not more than five hundred dollars per violation and is subject to citation under title 49, chapter 1, article 3, relating to environmental nuisances. Each battery which is sold, refunded or disposed of improperly or improperly subjected to a fee constitutes a separate violation.
