48-1579 - Arizona Statutes

48-1579. Recall of director Any director elected or appointed under this article shall be subject to recall by the vote of a majority of the electors of the division which the director represents. The proceedings for recall shall be in all respects as provided by the constitution and laws of the state for the recall of county officers.
