48-4435. Meetings of the board The board shall hold its regular annual meeting in the district at such time and place as may be fixed by the board and shall hold additional meetings as necessary to transact business on the call of the president of the board or on the request of two or more board members. No business may be transacted at any meeting of the board in the absence of a quorum that consists of a majority of the board members.
