48-533. Payment of condemnation judgments; final judgment A. When there is sufficient money in the special fund allocated to the proposed improvement to pay the amounts awarded to the defendants by the judgment of condemnation, or such parts thereof as have not been paid by setoff against assessments, the amounts shall be paid to the parties entitled thereto, or into court for their benefit. B. After proof has been made to the court of the payment of the amounts awarded by the judgment to the parties entitled thereto, or into court for their benefit, the court shall direct the judgment to be satisfied and shall enter a final judgment condemning the lands described in the complaint to the use of the plaintiff for the purposes specified in the complaint.
