48-5931. Sources of revenue The projects to be constructed or acquired as shown in the general plan may be financed from the following sources of revenue: 1. Proceeds received from the sale of revenue bonds of the district. 2. State or federal grants, loans or contributions. 3. Private gifts, grants or donations. 4. User, landowner and other fees and charges. 5. Proceeds of loans or advances. 6. Financial and technical assistance from the water infrastructure finance authority of Arizona. 7. Financial and technical assistance from the greater Arizona development authority. 8. Any other monies available to the district by law.
