The cochairs of the Legislative Council shall appoint a member of the Senate Interim Committee on City, County and Local Affairs and a member of the House Interim Committee on City, County and Local Affairs to serve as members of the Charitable, Penal and Correctional Institutions Subcommittee of the Legislative Council.
