11-10-521. Claims -- Filing.
(a) Claims for benefits shall be made in accordance with such regulations as the Director of the Arkansas Employment Security Department may prescribe.
(b) In accordance with such regulation as the director may prescribe, a notice of the filing of an initial claim shall be immediately mailed to the employing unit known to the claimant as his or her last employer.
