§ 12-12-1608 - Penalty.
12-12-1608. Penalty.
The following acts shall constitute a Class A misdemeanor:
(1) Knowingly releasing or disclosing criminal background information to any unauthorized volunteer organization or person; or
(2) Obtaining information for a purpose not authorized by this subchapter.
