§ 14-15-804 - Appointment of a deputy treasurer.
14-15-804. Appointment of a deputy treasurer.
(a) Appointment of a deputy treasurer shall be:
(1) In writing;
(2) Signed by the county treasurer; and
(3) Recorded in the county recorder's office.
(b) A deputy treasurer shall possess powers as authorized by the county treasurer.
