§ 19-5-402

19-5-402. Maximum allocations of revenues for fiscal year 2010-2011 and thereafter. [Effective July 1, 2010.]

(a) The Treasurer of State shall first make monthly allocations in the proportions set out in this subsection to the funds and fund accounts listed below until there has been transferred a total of four billion four hundred forty-four million three hundred eighty-six thousand eight hundred eighty-six dollars ($4,444,386,886) or so much thereof as may become available, provided that the Treasurer of State shall make such monthly allocations in accordance with each fund or fund account's proportionate part of the total of all such allocations set forth in this subsection: Click here to view image.

(b) After making the maximum annual allocations provided for in subsection (a) of this section, the Treasurer of State shall then make allocations from the remaining general revenues available for distribution, as set forth in this subsection, to the funds and fund accounts listed below until there has been transferred a total of thirty-four million five hundred thirteen thousand one hundred fourteen dollars ($34,513,114) or so much thereof that may become available, provided that the Treasurer of State shall make such monthly allocations in accordance with each fund or fund account's proportionate part of the total of all such allocations set forth in this subsection: Click here to view image.
