§ 23-4-607 - Connecting railroad lines -- Division of charges.
23-4-607. Connecting railroad lines -- Division of charges.
If any two (2) or more connecting lines of railroad in this state fail to agree upon a fair and just division of the charges arising from the transportation of freights, passengers, or cars over their lines, the Arkansas Public Service Commission [abolished] shall make the division and shall fix the pro rata part of such charges to be received by each of the connecting lines.
