§ 23-48-326 - Application of Arkansas Business Corporation Act.
23-48-326. Application of Arkansas Business Corporation Act.
All state banks and subsidiary trust companies shall be subject to current provisions of the Arkansas Business Corporation Act, 4-27-101 et seq., to the extent that those provisions are not in conflict with the provisions of this chapter. In the event that any provision of the Arkansas Business Corporation Act, 4-27-101 et seq., is in conflict with any provision of this chapter, then the provision of this chapter shall control.
