27-65-105. Organization.
The commissioners, appointed pursuant to Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 42, shall organize by selecting one of their members as chairman and another as vice chairman. The vice chairman shall have all the powers of the chairman in the event of the chairman's absence or disability or of a vacancy in the office.
