§ 27-65-106 - Meetings.
27-65-106. Meetings.
(a) The commission shall meet at least once every two (2) months and at such other times, on the call of the chairman or of a majority of the members, as may be deemed reasonable and proper to transact such business as may properly be brought before it.
(b) Three (3) members shall constitute a quorum of the commission for all purposes, except as provided in 27-65-122.
(c) It shall be the duty of the commission to keep accurate minutes of all meetings of the commission in which shall be set forth all acts and proceedings of the commission.
