27-65-142. Moving expense.

The State Highway Commission is hereby authorized to pay from funds appropriated from maintenance and operation the actual expense of moving the household and personal property of those employees of the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department who, because of their job assignments, are required to move their places of residence by the State Highway Commission, through the director, subject to the approval by the director for each move so required.
