6-71-117. Publication of notice for collection.
(a) The collector shall immediately upon receipt of the assessment list cause to be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the district a notice which shall be in the following form:
"SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
(b) The notice shall be published for two (2) weeks.
