§ 6-81-131 - Administration of existing programs.
6-81-131. Administration of existing programs.
(a) The Arkansas Higher Education Coordinating Board may continue the administration of the Southern Regional Education Board Doctoral Scholars Program under authority granted to it by Section 8 of Act 1259 of 1993.
(b) The provisions of this section are contingent on the availability of funding for the programs.
(c) The board is authorized to promulgate regulations as necessary to carry out the requirements of this section.
