8-7-604. Compact provisions controlling.
The implementation of this subchapter will not affect Arkansas' continued membership in the Central Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Compact Commission. If any provision of this subchapter is in conflict with the provisions of the Central Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Compact, 8-8-201 et seq., the provisions of the compact shall be controlling.
