SECTION 60400

60400. The governing board of each school district maintaining one
or more high schools shall adopt instructional materials for use in
the high schools under its control. Only instruction materials of
those publishers who comply with the requirements of Article 3
(commencing with Section 60040) and Article 4 (commencing with
Section 60060) of Chapter 1 of this part and of Section 60226 may be
adopted by the district board.
