SECTION 9575

9575. In the case of any refusal, or neglect of the person to whom
a permit or approval has been issued to comply with all of the
provisions of this part, or in case any false statement or
misrepresentation is made in any of the plans, specifications or
statements submitted or filed for the permit or approval, the
department shall revoke or cancel any permit or approval it has
previously issued.
