SECTION 2701-2701.02

2701. This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Passenger
Rail and Clean Air Bond Act of 1990.

2701.01. As used in this chapter, the following terms have the
following meanings:
(a) "Committee" means the Passenger Rail Finance Committee created
pursuant to Section 2701.12.
(b) "Department" means the Department of Transportation.
(c) "Fund" means the Passenger Rail Bond Fund created pursuant to
Section 2701.05.

2701.02. The Legislature has provided that, in addition to the one
billion dollars ($1,000,000,000) authorized pursuant to this chapter,
the Passenger Rail and Clean Air Bond Act of 1992 will be submitted
for voter approval for the issuance of additional bonds of one
billion dollars ($1,000,000,000) in 1992 and the Passenger Rail and
Clean Air Bond Act of 1994 will be submitted for voter approval for
the issuance of additional bonds of one billion dollars
($1,000,000,000) in 1994, for a total of three billion dollars
($3,000,000,000).
