Sec. 1-80c. Appointment of interim executive director. - Connecticut Statutes

      Sec. 1-80c. Appointment of interim executive director. There shall be an interim executive director of the Office of State Ethics appointed jointly by the Governor, the speaker of the House of Representatives and the president pro tempore of the Senate. Such interim executive director shall be responsible for overseeing the transfer of the responsibilities and duties of the State Ethics Commission to the Office of State Ethics and shall have those duties and powers described in section 1-81. Such interim executive director shall serve until the executive director of the Office of State Ethics is appointed by the members of the Citizen's Ethics Advisory Board.
