      Sec. 10-73d. Request of certain students to attend adult education classes. Assignment. A public school student who is both under sixteen years of age and a mother may request permission from the local or regional board of education to attend adult education classes. The local or regional board of education may, by a majority vote of the members of the board present and voting at a regular or special meeting of the board called for such purpose, assign such student to adult education classes.
