      Sec. 10-292p. School-based health clinic. Entrance requirement. Any school-based health clinic that is located in or attached to a school building constructed on or after July 1, 2009, that shares a first floor exterior wall with the school building shall include an entrance that is separate from the entrance to the school building.

      History: P.A. 07-185 effective July 1, 2007; P.A. 08-184 deleted "constructed on or after October 1, 2007," re school-based health clinic, added "constructed on or after July 1, 2009, that shares a first floor exterior wall with the school building" re school building with a school-based health clinic, and substituted "include" for "be constructed with" re entrance, effective June 12, 2008.
