      Sec. 10-308a. Selection for receipt of rehabilitation services. Regulations. The Board of Education and Services for the Blind shall adopt regulations, in accordance with chapter 54, to determine the order to be followed in selecting those eligible persons to whom vocational rehabilitation services will be provided, in accordance with federal regulations.
