Sec. 10a-130. (Formerly Sec. 10-141h). The University of Connecticut Health
Center Research Fund. The University of Connecticut is authorized to establish and
manage a fund to be known as The University of Connecticut Health Center Research
Fund. The fund may be used, subject to direction, regulation and authorization by the
board of trustees: (1) For deposit of the proceeds of grants and endowments, or other
things tangible or intangible that may be acceptable to the fund; (2) for disbursements
for operations or projects on the order of duly authorized officers of the health center;
provided, however, that acquisitions of real estate shall be subject to the provisions of
section 4b-23.

1983 pursuant to reorganization of higher education system.
