Sec. 10a-136. (Formerly Sec. 10-142). Buildings for religious activities. The
trustees of The University of Connecticut are authorized to convey land of the university
for the purpose of providing sites for buildings to house religious activities for students
attending the university. Such religious buildings shall be constructed by, and under
the auspices of, religious organizations. Said university is authorized under conditions
imposed by the board of trustees to permit such buildings to connect to the water and
heat and waste disposal systems of said university, such water and waste disposal connections to be removed when facilities for such services have been provided by the town.
