Sec. 10a-152. (Formerly Sec. 10-327d). Receipt and expenditure of federal
funds. The boards of trustees of each constituent unit, subject to the provisions of the
general statutes, may receive any federal funds made available to this state for postsecondary educational purposes and expend such funds for the purpose or purposes for
which they are made available. The State Treasurer shall be the custodian of such funds.
Said boards may allocate and use any appropriate or special fund to meet the matching
requirements of any federal act making funds available to the state for postsecondary
educational purposes.
