Sec. 10a-98e. (Formerly Sec. 10-115g). Regulations for arbitration. The board
is authorized to establish and regulate, equitably in the public interest, such measures
as the board deems necessary for the purposes of such arbitration, and to make contracts
for compulsory arbitration, in the name of the Connecticut State University System or
of the foundation.

History: P.A. 82-218 replaced "state colleges" with "Connecticut State University" pursuant to reorganization of higher
education system, effective March 1, 1983; Sec. 10-115g transferred to Sec. 10a-98e in 1983; P.A. 91-256 made a technical change.
