      Sec. 10a-170m. Adoption of regulations. The Board of Governors of Higher Education, in consultation with the Commissioner of Education, may adopt such regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, as it deems necessary to implement the purposes of sections 10a-170e to 10a-170l, inclusive.
