      Sec. 12-81ee. Terms of stipulated judgment not affected by property tax exemption for certain open space land. Nothing in subparagraph (A) of subdivision (7) of section 12-81 shall be construed to affect the terms of any stipulated judgment with regard to the imposition of property taxes.
